Anna is the chef of Fattoria Maria, the woman behind the preparation of passatelli (a type of pasta), sliced beef, garden’s vegetables and cheese!
Anna has been a teacher for many years, but found outher true calling is actually cooking.
Elisa’s Desserts
Elisa’s school was tradition. Shel learned from her grandma and her mom, who cooked for family and friends, and turned meals into something greater, a moment of fellowship.

6 hectares of land in the countryside of Soliera, cultivated and supervised by the farm manager Emer.
In the grounds of Fattoria Maria you will find signposts indicating the herb garden and the red berries garden.

The peaches Elisa transforms with chocolate come from peach trees, while Anna always finds new appetizers and recipes from the massive amount of zucchini growing in the garden.
