When Emer welcomes you at one of our tables in Fattoria Maria, he has probably already figured out what you will order! Years of experience with his guests (because the farm’s customers are first and foremost guests) helped him develop a great intuition.

A wealth of experience that only work done with true passion allows you to build.

 

Passion for the land… and for wine!

Emer is the Farm Manager of Fattoria Maria: he coordinates and manages the outside of the property. He’s got an eye on everything and knows his land extremely well.

He has always had a passion for wine and has refined his taste: him and his son Erico have built over the years a respectable wine cellar, which holds regional excellence.

His greatest wish is for the guests to find a reference point in Fattoria Maria, not just because they eat and drink well but because they feel well.
