On the farm, the garden and the orchard are essential!
6 hectares of land in the countryside of Soliera, cultivated and supervised by the farm manager Emer.
The peaches Elisa transforms with chocolate come from peach trees, while Anna always finds new appetizers and recipes from the massive amount of zucchini growing in the garden. The garden and the orchard allow Fattoria Maria to prepare seasonal menus, always fresh and sustainable.
Because family tradition has taught that it’s important not to waste food, but also to take advantage of what our earth has to offer.
In the grounds of Fattoria Maria you will find signposts indicating the herb garden, the area where the red fruits grow, and the names of the animals!
