Erico, Bartender di Fattoria Maria
Nice to meet you, I’m Erico!
Erico has been part of the farm since 2018. Before that he studied hospitality in school, where he learned to manage bar tasks and laid the foundations of his bartender preparation by learning IBA cocktails, the 77 international cocktails, from which he draws inspiration to make his own cocktails signed Fattoria Maria.
He trained in two bars, working at the agrirestaurant on weekends. In the bar he dealt with every aspect and every time slot of the barman’s work.
He attended many courses on drinks, where he learned to use and make syrups, infusions and spirits. He then brought his expertise and passion to the farm using the products of the garden and the orchard.
In particular, his passion for gin has led him to create his own line of artisanal gin, the only local gin in Modena with a vast choice such as pink gin made with red roses But also peach flowers flavored vodka. The recipes are his, as is the choice of botanicals.

He expanded his passion for wine by becoming a sommelier and taking care, along with his father Emer, of the wine choice in the cellar.
Erico and Emer carefully select the labels of the cellar, without looking at the brand name but looking for excellence, such as passito, that they have chosen personally.
When choosing a wine they never search for the importance of the label but the quality of the product.
