Our history
Everyone has their role on the farm !
On the farm everyone has their role: Anna takes care of the menu and the kitchen, Elisa is the pastry chef and prepares the dessert menu, Erico is the bartender, creator of a range of gins signed Fattoria Maria and Emer is our sommelier and Farm Manager.
These roles come easily to each and every member of the staff because they were not assigned at a desk but are the result of their passions and qualities. After all, a cuisine inspired by tradition, linked to the land and seasonality can only be prepared by the family!
