Here’s the Menu of Fattoria Maria: appetizers, first and second courses prepared by Chef Anna, the irresistible desserts of Pastry Chef Elisa accompanied by cocktails by Erico and wines recommended by Ermes.
All the ingredients of Fattoria Maria are fresh, and the dishes are prepared the day they are served. Pre-heat? Freeze? Not for us!
Our dishes are influenced by the tradition of Modena, the cuisine of our mothers and grandmothers, but also by the seasonality of the products we grow in our garden and orchard and a hint of innovation, because we like to experiment and try new combinations and flavors.
